Preface: How Important is the "Manufacturing" Word in "Manufacturer-Trader Integration"?
In the foreign trade circle, the term "manufacturer-trader integration" is frequently mentioned. But what truly supports the "manufacturing" word in this is not a slogan, but real floor area, equipment quantity, production line configuration, and quality control system.
In 2006, we started in an unremarkable factory building. In less than twenty years, we have developed into a comprehensive meal packaging manufacturer with a 27,000 square meter self-owned factory area, more than 80 sets of professional injection molding production lines, and more than 40 sets of blow molding and bag making production lines.
Today, we are not talking about products, but about the software and hardware foundation that supports these products.
1. Hardware Section: What is Installed in 27,000㎡?
The current plant area includes an injection molding workshop, a blow molding and bag making workshop, a mold workshop, a raw material storage area, and a finished product warehouse. Among these, the injection molding workshop focuses on core products such as PP lunch boxes and multi-compartment American style series; the blow molding and bag making workshop is used for the production of supporting packaging categories; the mold workshop has in-house mold development and maintenance capabilities, supporting OEM/ODM sampling.

The raw material storage area uses constant temperature and humidity management, and the finished product warehouse is a large-capacity three-dimensional storage facility supporting rapid turnover of batch orders.

80+40=120+ production lines running simultaneously means that we can accept multiple batch orders at the same time without crowding out each other's production capacity; it means that when there is an urgent rush order, there is room for allocation; it means that the customer's delivery date is not "strived for" but "guaranteed."
2. Software Section: What is More Valuable Than Equipment is the System and Experience
Quality Control System
The company has established a complete quality control system, covering incoming material inspection, process control, outgoing inspection, and traceability mechanisms. Each batch of PP raw materials is inspected by batch upon entering the factory; during the production process, three inspection checkpoints are set up: first article inspection, patrol inspection, and spot inspection; finished products are sampled and inspected by batch according to AQL standards; full traceability is available from raw material batch number to production machine.

Team Experience
The core production team has an average of more than 10 years of experience.
Dedicated engineers for mold, injection molding, and quality control at each stage.
The foreign trade team directly communicates with customers, with no gap in technical communication.
Production Capacity and Delivery: Let the Data Speak
Currently, the company's daily production capacity can cover orders at the level of hundreds of thousands of standard lunch boxes. The sampling cycle for existing molds is 3-5 days; the cycle for new molds depends on complexity, and the standard order delivery time is 15-30 days. We do not promise "unlimited production capacity," but we can promise: within the scope of our order-taking capability, delivery will not be delayed.
4. Why Are These Strengths Important to Customers?
Purchasing lunch boxes is not like buying a bottle of water. Especially in foreign trade scenarios, what customers care about is never just "how much is the unit price," but whether we can supply stably. We believe that 120 production lines and a 27,000㎡ factory area are the physical foundation of stability.
As for the quality issues that customers worry about, our systematic quality control is more reliable than a "master's feel." The full-process traceability mechanism is also a reflection of our accountability.
5. Development History
From 2006, we started in the PE plastic bag industry, starting small. By 2016, we launched a new factory name, added PP lunch box production lines, continued our business, gradually increased production capacity, expanded the factory area to 27,000 square meters, and exceeded one hundred production lines. We have taken a path that is not particularly fast, but with every step firmly planted.
Every step of expansion was not for "show," but because customer orders were growing and trust was accumulating.
Conclusion: Strength is Not for Showing Off, But for Fulfilling Promises
For customers, 27,000 square meters, more than 120 production lines, 80 sets of injection molding equipment, and 40 sets of blow molding and bag making lines are the confidence that delivery dates will not be delayed, quality will not fluctuate, and customization will not fail.
We are a manufacturer-trader integrated enterprise that has been operating since 2006. We do not pursue being the "largest," but we pursue being the "most stable." If you are looking for a PP lunch box manufacturer with production capacity, a solid system, and a cooperative attitude, you are welcome to visit our factory and production lines.
We look forward toworking with you.
