Are you a factory or a trading company?

● We are a factory-direct supplier. Our factory is located at No. 8 Jiangda Road, Liuguanzhuang Town, Juxian County, Rizhao City, Shandong Province, covering a total area of 27,000 square meters.
● Our plastic products factory has over 20 years of industry experience. We have more than 80 injection molding machines and over 40 film blowing machines, ensuring stable production and reliable quality.
● Factory visits are welcome — our facility has dedicated staff to receive you. Feel free to come for a tour anytime.

Which countries do you mainly export to?

Our products are exported to Africa, Kazakhstan, Europe, the Middle East Five Countries, the Netherlands, and many other countries and regions. We have extensive export experience and are familiar with the customs clearance requirements and certification standards of various countries.

Do you offer OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) services?
A:
Yes, we offer OEM services:
● Outer box printing: Free of charge, no price increase
● In-mold labeling: Free label replacement
● Color customization: Base and lid are priced separately, base: +¥3 per box, lid: +¥3 per box

Can the product be customized? How long?
A:
Yes, all injection-molded products can be customized.
● Mold cost: Negotiated and shared by both parties
● Milestone rebate program: Mold cost can be refunded through tiered rebates. Once the cumulative order quantity reaches the agreed amount, the full mold cost will be refunded.
● Lead time for new molds: Approximately 90 days after mold confirmation and deposit payment

How can the quality be guaranteed?
A:
We are a factory with over 20 years of experience and have a complete QC (Quality Control) process:
● Incoming raw material inspection
● In-process production spot checks
● 100% finished product inspection before shipment
● If quality issues occur, please provide photos or videos, and we will offer a proportional compensation or arrange for replacement goods.
